Themezify provides original WordPress themes for website owners, businesses, creators, publishers, freelancers and agencies.

Users may use our Services for legitimate purposes, including:

• Browsing themes and their live layout previews.
• Purchasing themes for your own websites or for authorized client projects.
• Installing and activating a purchased theme on up to five websites per license.
• Downloading updates and documentation during the access period.
• Requesting product support through your account or by email.

Users must comply with applicable laws, the license notices included with each theme, and third-party rights.

2. Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account and billing information.
• Keep your login credentials and license keys confidential.
• Use your account only for authorized purposes.
• Notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
• Not share an account between unrelated people or businesses.

Users are responsible for activities conducted through their accounts unless otherwise required by applicable law.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using Themezify:

• Accessing systems, accounts, downloads or data without authorization.
• Attempting to bypass payment requirements, license checks or activation limits of the Themezify activation service.
• Publishing, selling or sharing license keys, or using a key that was not issued to you.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or security weaknesses.
• Disrupting the performance or availability of our website or activation service.
• Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Using the Services for fraud, chargeback abuse or other illegal activities.
• Misrepresenting your identity or impersonating other users.
• Presenting Themezify branding, documentation or support as your own.
• Circumventing account suspensions or security restrictions.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take appropriate action to protect our store and users.

4. Automated Access and Bulk Requests

Themezify may impose reasonable technical restrictions to maintain performance, security, and fair usage.

Unless expressly authorized, users must not:

• Use bots or scripts to generate excessive automated requests.
• Scrape or systematically copy our website, previews or documentation.
• Send automated requests to our activation service other than the normal checks made by an installed theme.
• Use unauthorized tools to access restricted downloads or account features.
• Conduct activities that materially interfere with other users' access.

5. Licenses and Fair Use

Each purchase includes one license key for the purchased theme with up to five website activations.

Users agree not to manipulate or exploit license activations, transactions, or account features.

Theme code is distributed under the GPL, and nothing in this policy limits the rights that license grants. The activation service, downloads, updates and support are services provided by Themezify to the purchaser.

We reserve the right to investigate suspicious license activity and deactivate keys affected by confirmed fraud, chargebacks or public sharing.

Legitimate purchases will be handled according to our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Third-Party Content and Intellectual Property

Our themes may include or reference fonts, icons, images and other components from third parties, each under its own license.

Users must not:

• Use bundled third-party assets outside the terms of their licenses.
• Use demo images from previews unless the product page says they are included.
• Use the Themezify name, logo or branding as their own brand.
• Upload or publish content that infringes the rights of others on websites built with our themes.

Themezify is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the WordPress Foundation, Automattic, ThemeForest or Envato.

7. Security and Platform Integrity

Users must not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of Themezify.

Prohibited security-related activities include unauthorized vulnerability testing, credential theft, system intrusion, malicious traffic generation, and interference with authentication or license verification.

Do not publicly disclose sensitive security information or exploit vulnerabilities to access unauthorized data.

8. Responsible Use of Websites Built With Our Themes

You are responsible for the content, plugins, hosting and legal compliance of websites you build with our themes.

Our themes must not be used for websites that distribute malware, phishing pages, or content that is illegal in the country where it is published.

9. Monitoring and Enforcement

To maintain the security and reliability of our Services, Themezify may monitor relevant technical activity, account usage, license activations, and suspected violations to the extent permitted by applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

If a violation is identified, we may take appropriate action, including:

• Issuing a warning.
• Temporarily restricting access to certain features.
• Limiting abusive requests.
• Deactivating license keys affected by fraud or public sharing.
• Suspending or terminating an account.
• Taking legal action where justified.

Enforcement measures will be proportionate to the circumstances, severity, and potential impact of the violation.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

Themezify reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in material violations of this policy, unlawful activities, fraudulent transactions, or conduct that threatens the security of our Services.

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

Purchases and pending transactions will be handled according to our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and applicable consumer rights.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy to reflect changes in our Services, security requirements, legal obligations, or store functionality.
