At Themezify, we want you to be happy with every purchase. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for WordPress themes purchased on https://themezify.com.
Themezify is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You can request a full refund of any purchase within 14 calendar days of the purchase date, for any reason.
There are no conditions or exceptions. It does not matter whether you have downloaded, installed or activated the theme, and you do not need to give a reason.
The refund is the full amount you paid for that purchase, including any tax charged, and is returned to the original payment method.
When a purchase is refunded, the license key for that theme is deactivated and its download is removed from your account.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email us at [email protected] with the subject Refund Request and the email address of your Themezify account. If you have it, include the order number (for example #TZ-1001) from your receipt. That is all we need.
Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record. You can also request a refund directly from Paddle through the link in your receipt email or at paddle.net.
3. Refund Processing Time
Every refund is completed within 7 days of your request.
After that, your bank, card issuer or payment provider may take a few more business days to show the money in your account.
4. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, contact us at [email protected] and we will refund the duplicate or incorrect amount in full.
Please do not send passwords or full card details in a support request.
5. Purchases and Account Closure
Each theme purchase is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal, so there is nothing to cancel.
You can ask us to close your account at any time. Closing your account does not affect your right to a refund of any purchase made within the last 14 days.
6. Your Legal Rights
This Refund Policy adds to, and does not limit, any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
7. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any update is published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. A change never reduces the refund rights of a purchase made before the change.
